ZapAGI services
Audits, engineering and consulting
for AI systems
ZapAGI works with software teams in three ways. Every engagement draws on the AI capabilities we run daily on ZapAGI Cloud: agents and automation, integrating and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), voice AI, retrieval systems and MLOps. One rule stays constant: every claim we hand you carries evidence.
Audits
Independent review
An audit answers a plain question: where do your systems actually stand? Scope covers code and architecture, build and release pipelines, and data and analytics logic. We combine static analysis, AI-assisted reading of large codebases and manual review.
You receive the findings with the evidence for each, then a prioritised fix list, so your team knows what to fix first. We audit our own platform the same way: releases pass 721 automated tests before shipping, and the production-readiness and security audits we offer are the ones we run against ZapAGI Cloud.

Design and delivery
We design and deliver software and AI systems, from first architecture to production. On our own platform this work includes voice agents that listen and speak, LLM serving with measured throughput, retrieval systems that answer from a customer's own documents, and MLOps that watches models after launch.
Delivery includes the tests and the documentation. A system you cannot maintain is not delivered.

Architecture and AI strategy
Consulting is for teams deciding what to build and how. Questions we work through with you: which model fits a given workload, and what GPU capacity costs. We also settle when fine-tuning beats prompt engineering, and what belongs in-house.
You leave with an architecture you can hand to engineers, with the trade-offs written down.
