ZapAGI | Terms of Service

1. The service

ZapAGI Inc. (“ZapAGI”, “we”) provides ZapAGI Cloud, a subscription platform that combines AI agents, applications and infrastructure, at zapagi.ai, along with audits, engineering and consulting services described at zapagi.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, to keep your credentials secure, and to use two-factor authentication when your account offers it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Billing and subscriptions

Plans bill monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Receipts are emailed after each payment. To cancel or change your plan, contact [email protected]; cancelling stops future renewals and your workspace remains available to the end of the paid period. If you are charged in error, contact us with the receipt number and we will make it right.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to break the law, to attack or overload our or anyone else’s systems, or to infringe the rights of others. You remain responsible for the content and workloads you place on your workspace.

5. Your data

Your workspace runs on infrastructure dedicated to your account. The content you place there is yours: we do not read, mine or share it, except to operate the service or at your request. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, with health monitoring and scheduled maintenance. Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and planned maintenance may cause brief interruptions.

7. Changes to the service and these terms

The service will evolve; we may change features and add or remove capabilities. If we make a material change to these terms we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, ZapAGI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
